I needed a transmission, and they quoted my insurance 1,674.80 but charged me 2,419 which they can't explain why the price jump. Not only that they had my car for 4 months I just got my car back and it was almost empty and when dropped it off it was just under full... don't recommend this shop

From start to finish my experience was ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Christian at the service desk was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The waiting area has the comfiest couch ever!!!

Diagnosed and fixed my car. Honest and clear about cost. Seemed expensive but also got brake pads checked for free. Easy to get an appointment.

I visited their Yelm location for front brake replacement. Their showroom is very clean and comfortable( so was the restroom). The sales agent was friendly, knowledgeable and confident. They took great care of my car, the new brakes are fantastic and the repair cost was very reasonable! I also appreciated the personal touch of the goodie bag left in my cup holder😊.

Graham Auto repair is a very nice large place, staff is very friendly. Up front pricing only thing was the pricing to look at the car and diagnosis the problem was to me expensive maybe part of that could be applied to the finial bill. Other than that found the problem have an appointment to get it fixed. It’s a very nice place to wait for your car. Over all it was a very good experience I will share my experience with everyone
