We had so many Birthdays to Celebrate in December! Watch a video from our celebrations! Shannan has been working with our Team since 2009! Shannan serves as our Finance Manager for both of our locations. Shannan is a huge Team player, dedicated to taking care of all of us in any way that she can. She has a very artistic eye and enjoys helping out with creative projects as well. Shannan has known Troy and Kori Vaninetti since the 1990s. When she had the opportunity to work with their family, she was excited to support them in their family business. Shannan and her husband Danny have two daughters, one of which works with us at Graham Auto Repair. Shannan's eldest daughter Lacie is our Marketing and Hiring Manager. It's time to celebrate more birthdays with our Team! We started out the month of July with a bang! We had three birthdays to celebrate, one right after another. You can watch a video montage below! Nathan's role on our team has grown a lot over the past year! He started out as an Estimator and now he is our Parts Manager. It's time to celebrate another birthday with our Team! Sean started with our Team at Graham Auto Repair this year in 2022. Since the day he started, he hit the ground running! Sean is our most recent Automotive Technician who was hired for our Washington State Certified Apprentice Program. This program gives Technicians the opportunity to learn more about the automotive field while getting paid to work on-the-job. Sean always comes to work with an upbeat attitude, ready to laugh even when things get difficult. Meet Bill, our ASE Certified Master Technician. Bill has specialized training in European Vehicle repairs. Which cars does Bill enjoy working on the most? His favorite is BMW repairs and Mercedes Benz repairs. Bill started out in the Automotive Industry in 1998 and he has been serving on our Team since August 2020. One thing that you may be interested to learn about Bill: He does Autocross Racing and has earned multiple awards! What does it mean to be an ASE Certified Technician? Bill has completed all of his ASE Certifications and continuously renews them, every time they expire. Acquiring these certifications isn't easy! It's time to celebrate another birthday with our Team! Justin has been part of our Team at Graham Auto Repair since September 2019. We are so thankful for Justin! He takes pride in his work and is constantly looking for ways to learn and grow. Justin is the first Technician we hired for our Washington State Certified Apprentice Program. This program gives Technicians the opportunity to learn more about the automotive field while getting paid to work on-the-job. Justin is constantly exceeding our expectations and is definitely performance driven. He is willing to ask questions, to work hard, and is always looking to learn more, every day.
