It's time to celebrate another birthday with our Team! Sean started with our Team at Graham Auto Repair this year in 2022. Since the day he started, he hit the ground running! Sean is our most recent Automotive Technician who was hired for our Washington State Certified Apprentice Program. This program gives Technicians the opportunity to learn more about the automotive field while getting paid to work on-the-job. Sean always comes to work with an upbeat attitude, ready to laugh even when things get difficult. We appreciate Sean's passion and drive for the automotive field, and his willingness to ask questions to learn more! Meet Bill, our ASE Certified Master Technician. Bill has specialized training in European Vehicle repairs. Which cars does Bill enjoy working on the most? His favorite is BMW repairs and Mercedes Benz repairs. Bill started out in the Automotive Industry in 1998 and he has been serving on our Team since August 2020. One thing that you may be interested to learn about Bill: He does Autocross Racing and has earned multiple awards! What does it mean to be an ASE Certified Technician? Bill has completed all of his ASE Certifications and continuously renews them, every time they expire. Acquiring these certifications isn't easy! And in order to renew them, you have to re-take the tests. What does "ASE" stand for? I'm glad you asked! ASE stands for "Automotive Service Excellence." It's time to celebrate another birthday with our Team! Justin has been part of our Team at Graham Auto Repair since September 2019. We are so thankful for Justin! He takes pride in his work and is constantly looking for ways to learn and grow. Justin is the first Technician we hired for our Washington State Certified Apprentice Program. This program gives Technicians the opportunity to learn more about the automotive field while getting paid to work on-the-job. Justin is constantly exceeding our expectations and is definitely performance driven. He is willing to ask questions, to work hard, and is always looking to learn more, every day. It's time to celebrate another birthday with our team! Just in case you don't know me, I'm going to introduce myself: My name is Lacie! I am the Marketing and Hiring Manager at Graham Auto Repair. One of my favorite parts about my job is getting to celebrate our team. I like to remind them of just how awesome they are! This week they turned the tables on me -- they took the time to celebrate my birthday!! I have been working at Graham Auto Repair since April 2019. However, I have known Troy and Kori Vaninetti since 1995, which was before they purchased their business. I absolutely love working here, because I know they care! It's time to celebrate another birthday with our team! Tyler is one of our Automotive Technician's at Graham Auto Repair. He grew up going to car races with his Dad. He was always tinkering with cars and eventually picked it up as a hobby. Once he discovered that he was a natural at fixing cars, he decided to pursue his hobby as a career. Now Tyler has been in the Automotive industry since 2012. We are all very thankful that Tyler has chosen to use his talents at Graham Auto Repair. He is a very skilled Diagnostic Technician and is awesome at figuring out some of the more puzzling vehicle issues. One of Tyler's other skills is making our Team feel more like a family. When someone is having a rough day we can always count on Tyler for a smile, a good laugh, or even a song! This week at Graham Auto Repair we got to celebrate another Birthday! Bill joined our Team at Graham Auto Repair in August 2020. Bill has mastered all of his ASE Certifications, which makes him one of our lead technicians in our shop. He came to us as a former Mercedes-Benz and BMW Technician. Bill started out in the Automotive Industry back in 1998. He took every Auto Shop class that was available to him in High School because he wanted to learn how cars work. He loves to learn about all of the new technologies that come out on newer cars each year. In High School Bill really got into watching Motorsports, which led him to start Autocross Racing. He has competed nationally with SCCA (Sports Car Club of America). In 2017 Bill earned the Street Touring Ultra ProSolo Championship and in 2018 he earned the Street Touring Ultra National Championship. At Graham Auto Repair weekends are the time to relax. We know how hard you work during the week, especially in the automotive industry. Our team puts a ton of energy into everything they do here! We want our team to know they aren't going to get an unexpected phone call on the weekend. You know the call: asking you to give up your weekend to cover someone's shift. Why are we closed on the weekend? We have heard this question a few times. We understand it would be convenient for our customers if we were open every day. But we value our team as much as we value our customers. We know everyone needs time over the weekend to rejuvenate. Including you! Instead we have other convenient options for our customers. We have courtesy pick-up and drop-off for our local customers. We have courtesy loaner cars that can be scheduled in advance. We also have a locked key-box for after-hours.
