Everyone at Graham Auto Repair was very nice and helpful. They did a great job on getting the car running. Although....the check engine light came back on as soon as my husband started the car in the parking lot of Graham Auto Repair.

Do not go to this place. Scheduled an appointment to leave out of state weeks in advance with the RV for them to push me away when I pulled up. We're business owners here in yelm, this isn't a way to do good business. They over booked themselves and lied to my face. Reese the guy who came to my door was stumbling over his words just to keep getting caught in lies. Worthless

When you arrived, we discovered that your vehicle was a motorhome, which our VIN system did not accurately identify. Unfortunately, our team is not equipped to perform diagnostics on motorhomes due to the specific technical requirements. We can only offer maintenance services for Motorhomes and RVs. Race's intention was to save you both time and money by explaining our limitations upfront. We understand how frustrating this situation must have been, especially given your plans to travel out of state. We value your business and appreciate your feedback, which helps us improve our communication and services. Scheduled an appointment a week ahead and showed up on time for my service. As soon as I got inside the person told me their machine is not working and he had to call and inform someone about that but not me. Not I had to drive back or look for different auto repair So disappointed on Graham Auto. Thanks for you not business

While our main A/C machine is currently out for service, we did explain that we could still complete the A/C service with a different machine. The reason for the service taking longer than normally expected was due to the potential for leaks in your A/C system. When you mentioned that you need to recharge your A/C often, we wanted to address this recurring concern by thoroughly checking for leaks, first. We were more than happy to assist you; we just needed more time to complete the service, which you declined. It appears that there may have been some misunderstanding as to what we were trying to explain. If you would like to discuss this further or reschedule your service, we would be happy to do so. The service representative kept me informed throughout the repair. They also went out of their way to warranty a part I had previously purchased and installed from AutoZone. They really made me feel like family. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.
