I was traveling out of state while Graham Auto Repair did work on my car. they kept me informed via texts, email and phone calls of all work and issues that they encountered with my car. Although I generally do all my own work ans do not make a habit of taking my car into a shop, they impressed my to where I will not have an issue taking it to them in the future. Very professional.
