Phenomenal customer service. Rick and Rob were so helpful with the work needing to be done on my truck. The work done by the in house tech’s is one that exceeds my personal expectations. Keep up the great work!!! Would be absolutely lovely as well if the owner would give back to his staff a bit more in return as much as the technicians and customer service rep’s put in the hard work everyday. Without the wonderful folks who run that place, Graham Auto Repair wouldn’t be at its peak business that its at today. Give those guys a bonus cause they deserve it!!! I’d be more than happy to do business with Graham Auto Repair again :) Thanks again

THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXCELLENT SERVICE! We just recently moved to Graham. Not knowing anyone who lives here to recommend a good auto repair shop, we read the reviews and decided to go with Graham Auto. These guys are great! We were quickly informed on our Jeep, which turned out to be way less than we expected! Being our only vehicle, they dropped me off and as soon as the Jeep was finished (same day) they picked me back up. They also let me know what will need to be done in the near future with no pressure! Great customer service and techs! We will definitely use them again for all our future needs! P.S. The 1 -2 star reviews are hard to believe...if anything its the exact opposite!
