We sent our sadly unhappy MINI Cooper S to Rick. He told us how long it would take, he told us how much it would cost and he sent us an amazingly detailed breakdown (with pictures) of what was wrong. In the end, it was ready a day early and was cheaper than the quote. It runs like new. I felt he treated it like his own car.
