We sent our sadly unhappy MINI Cooper S to Rick. He told us how long it would take, he told us how much it would cost and he sent us an amazingly detailed breakdown (with pictures) of what was wrong. In the end, it was ready a day early and was cheaper than the quote. It runs like new. I felt he treated it like his own car.

I was greeted by Rob their friendly and knowledgeable service writer and he took time to fully understand the issues with my vehicle. Their personnel and new facilities show a level of professionalism rarely seen elsewhere. As a retired former owner/operator truck driver, I have been to many shops throughout the US and there was no comparison! While my vehicle was in their care Rob did an awesome job of calling to keep me informed of issues that were found and the costs to fix them. I also very much appreciated the fact that they sent a driver to pick me up when my vehicle was ready. Graham Auto Repair has earned all of my future business and I highly recommend them!

explained issues plainly, like the courtesy inspection, very accomidating in the waiting area, first class nicer than some auto dealerships, excellent service writer in rob! there technicians seem vested in the business, very confident in trusting my vehicles with them.
