The moment I walked in I new I was in a professional establishment. There was no pressure to have repairs done that I was not able to do but I did receive a very thorough and honest assessment of what was needed on the maintenance of my vehicle. I could tell I was surrounded by honest, hard working people who enjoyed what they do! The office was very nice, clean and even had a station for kids to play if I need to come in with them. I highly recommend them!

Ours was a WONDERFUL experience with Graham Auto Repair!! They did end up having to keep the vehicle for several days longer than was expected but after all...it takes LONGER to be BETTER!!! Rob in service is GREAT to work with, as was Rick. And I was picked up and shuttled to the shop to pick the repaired truck up by Nick, who is also very personable and helpful. LASTLY, the end amount that we paid was almost $1000 LESS than their original quote!!! GREAT GUYS and GREAT SERVICE!!! As far as we're concerned, 5 stars is WAY TOO FEW!!!! :-)

Simple muffler replacement, not! Our exhaust was different than any of the books showed for our Suburban. They tracked down the muffler by dimensions with help from their distributor. Good as new!

Fast reliable service I will be back

Was my first time using Graham Auto Repair. Have nothing but great things to say. Customer service was great. No pressure for un-wanted/needed repairs. Prices were reasonable. My appointment was on time. My wife and I travel full-time all across the country and you always worry about getting your vehicle worked on. I would tell anyone to go to Graham you won't be disappointed.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Graham Auto Repair. They were polite, prompt and helpful. My appointment was at one 0'clock and my car was in the shop right away. I was told it would take an hour and it was no longer than that. This was my second visit and I will return again when my car needs to be serviced.
