Needed an oil change; they not only did that, but complimentary went over things to be certain I am all set for my trip back. The first time I walked into Graham Auto Repair I knew this was going to be a much better experience than I ever had at other shops. I was greeted by Rob their friendly and knowledgeable service writer and he took time to fully understand the issues with my vehicle. Their personnel and new facilities show a level of professionalism rarely seen elsewhere. As a retired former owner/operator truck driver, I have been to many shops throughout the US and there was no comparison! While my vehicle was in their care Rob did an awesome job of calling to keep me informed of issues that were found and the costs to fix them. I also very much appreciated the fact that they sent a driver to pick me up when my vehicle was ready. Graham Auto Repair has earned all of my future business and I highly recommend them!

The moment I walked in I new I was in a professional establishment. There was no pressure to have repairs done that I was not able to do but I did receive a very thorough and honest assessment of what was needed on the maintenance of my vehicle. I could tell I was surrounded by honest, hard working people who enjoyed what they do! The office was very nice, clean and even had a station for kids to play if I need to come in with them. I highly recommend them!
