I WAS VERY HESITANT TO BRING MY TRUCK INTO GRAHAM AUTO REPAIR AS IVE HAD PREVIOUS ISSUES IN THE PAST AND OTHER PEOPLES EXPERIENCES. WELL I DECIDED TO ANYWAYS AS THEY HAD AN OPENING APPOINTMENT. I TOOK MY TRUCK IN WITH A FEW THIGS I NEEDED TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG. I ALWAYS EXAMIN EMY ENTIRE VEHICLE BEFORE LEAVING IT SOMEWHERE. AFTER ABOUT A DAY AND A HALF I GOT A CALL WITH A QUOTE ON A COUPLE THINGS THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. I DECIDED TO DO THEM ALL AS IT WAS BETTER THEN BRINGING IT BACK ANOTHER TIME. THEY NOTICED I HAD A FULL BOTTLE OF ANTI FREEZE, THAT I WAS GOING TO PUT IN BEFORE I NEEDED SOME REPAIRS. I TOLD THEM IT WAS OK TO USE MINE. WELL, THIS IS WHERE THE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HAPPENED. I GET THE CALL THE TRUCK IS READY FOR PICK UP. THEY DIDNT EVEN DO ALL THE REPAIRS THAT WERE DISCUSSED OVER THE PHONE. NOW LEAVING ME TO MAKE YET ANOTHER APPOINTMENT AND MISS MORE WORK. SECOND, THEY USED MY ANTIFREEZE AND CHARGED ME!!! HOW IS THAT OK?? AND THE FINAL STRAW... WHEN I PICKED UP MY VEHICLE THERE WERE 2 HUGE GAUGED PAINT SCRATCHES ACROSS THE DRIVER DOOR. TWO!! AND VERY NOTICEABLE. I WENT IN TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED AS WE DID A WALK THROUGH PRIOR AND WAS TOLD THE MANAGER WOULD REVIEW CAMERAS AND GET BACK TO ME. 5 DAYS IN A ROW I CALLED TO GET A FOLLOW UP AND WAS NEVER CONTACTED OR ANYTHING. EVERY TIME I CALLED I WOULD GET THE RUN AROUND. NO APOLOGY OR ILL SEE WHATS GOING ON WITH LOOKING. THEY WERE RUDE AND HAVE POOR/HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE WILL MAKE SURE TO NEVER RETURN AND INFORM ALL OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY THAT USE YOUR SHOP TO LOOK ELSEWHERE AS IT SEEMS YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE NOT A HIGH PRIORITY. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!
Ashley, we apologize for not replying to your Google Review much sooner. However, it took us some time to discover what vehicle and services you were referring to, since you did not use the name Ashley when you came into Graham Auto Repair. We have thoroughly gone through our records, we have spoken with our techs, and we discovered that we did work on a Chevrolet Silverado in April 2017 (we will keep your name anonymous, since you have used a different name here). We did make multiple attempts to contact you regarding our services, prior to receiving this Google Review. Unfortunately, you did not return any of our calls. Our tech, who still works with us today, stated that he did a full walk around with you before leaving your truck at our shop. The scratches that are mentioned in this Google Review were already on the vehicle before you left it with us. You verified with our tech that you had received them prior to coming to our shop. It is true that we added your anti-freeze to your vehicle, which you already owned; we made a note in the service paperwork that we charged you for the Flush Kit, not for the coolant. At Graham Auto Repair we only complete services that we have prior authorization for. We completed all of the services that were authorized by you; anything that wasn’t authorized we could not complete.
