This is the second time I have had Graham Auto Repair do repairs on my car. The are exceptional company to do business with. Ad I will always take my cars (or trucks) back to them.. I suggest you should try them next!

I feel so blessed to have found Graham Auto Repair online. You guys are honest, thorough, priced fairly and your communication with me through the repair process was none I've experienced before and so very much appreciated!! I WILL be recommending your business to everyone I know or meet that needs to have a vehicle worked on. Again, thank you just can't express the sense of relief I have now when our son gets in the car to go to work.

I have always received excellent personal care and service from Graham Auto. Troy and Rick are great guys to deal with, and I'm sure Troys wife, Kori, is responsible for the cool gift bags I find on my car seat when I pick my car up! I always recommend Graham Auto to friends looking for automotive service.

These guys are great. I m on my second car that they have repaired and have been quite satisfied with the work they have performed. They are very nice people. Rick is very nice and is always looking for ways to get you a good price on the work done. They are my go to guys.

Love you guys - you're like family. About the transmission fluid - I talked with the Dodge dealer and he demonstrated that the fluid was new. The "brownish" look to the fluid was because they don't use the same fluid most mechanics are used to, with its pink look. Mopar fluid has a naturally different color. You might want to let your mechanics know about that.

By far the most trustworthy and honest auto repair shop that I have ever worked with. Took my 2012 Jeep wrangler in for a reoccurring check engine light for a cylinder 6 misfire. When Rick called from the service team to tell me the diagnoses on what they found he stated he had some bad news and good news. Oh course I wanted to get the bad news out of the way first. Rick stated they found an issue that needed the cylinder head replaced with a rough estimate of 2300 dollars. With only 50000 miles on the vehicle and outside of the warranty, I can not believe that this could happen. Then Rick stated the good, he said as his team was researching the issue they ran across an all technical service bulletin from 2014 for my jeep that highlights a extended warranty for this specific misfire issue. This warranty covers all expenses related to this issue and Rick told me to contact the dealership service team for the repairs to be completed at the manufacturer’s experience. Wow, I could not believe what I was being told. I saved 2300 because of their honestly and research. Thank you Graham Auto Repair Team, you have now gained a customer for life.
