Graham Auto Repair

I had a problem with my van not going into park and all the gears seemed to have moved up. I read the reviews and decided to try Graham Auto Repair plus it is only 1.5-2 miles from my home. I had the best experience there. First, they have a Keurig coffee maker, (which makes the best coffee), second they were kind, friendly and professional. As it turned out, it was just a loose nut on the linkage. They did not charge me for this. I will definitely take my vehicle there again. Plus, he allowed me to give him a hug and he gives a nice hug.

Exceptional Service ! ! ! Had problem with what I believed to be the hydraulic fan and heater core. After initial evaluation, it was determine neither was defective. The water pump and coolant leaking down side of engine was the problem. A lot of shops would have replaced both plus the additional cost of a water pump. Honest Business People – 5 Stars ! ! ! Had a secondary vehicle problem before leaving for Colorado, Graham Auto was booked but managed to fit us in to the schedule with no notice.

The most important part was the work was done right the first time and I didnt have to bring it back. The price was a little high but I dont mine paying for a good job. What that saying you get what you pay for. I love having the loaner and it ran good. I am really happy with your work.

I had my car brought in after I was surprised with a check engine light. They were kind and courteous and very good with communication about what the problem was , and every step along the way , so there was no more surprises. Luckily it was an easy fix and they were very prompt! Prices seemed very fair, and I never felt like I was being sold anything I didn't need as they were very thorough about explaining in a way I could understand both the problem and solution! I am happy to find a local repair shop that takes such good care of their customers especially in this industry, and too many long, ridiculous hours and money spent in dealerships only to be treated rudely and be made to feel like I was an incompetent idiot. Thank you to Graham Auto Repair for creating another life-customer :)

Graham Auto Repair has repaired everything I couldn't myself for many years. I've never had a bad experience. When something didn't come out quite right, they made it right. Even with the computers in our cars, they don't just spit out instructions on what to fix. Sometimes it's difficult to track down, but they have always spent the time to find it, and keep me informed every step of the way. Their prices are reasonable and they stand behind their work. Nobody likes to take their car to a shop, but I feel better about leaving my car at Grahama Auto Repair.
