Left my car here while heading out on vacation, they were able to accommodate my contact needs as I was leaving the country. They had the car looked at and fixed up fast and kept my car until I was able to pick it up a week later. Pleased with the service!

I had my car towed to Graham Auto Repair on a Sunday. I was called in the morning to tell me that for $186 they diagnosed a bad battery. Then I was charged $67 labor and $137 for a new battery. Bottom line is that i pad $465 for a new battery that would have cost me $150 at Auto Zone. Very doubtful that I will use them again.

I took my 70 challenger in for an oil change and wanted some feed back on why it was pulling to the right. I got charged $370 for an oil change and a diagnosis that was sketchy at best. They said they would look at what is the best oil to use. They put in an oil that didn't have zinc and it caused more of a leak than it initially had. I own about 10 high end classic vehicles. Was looking for a good mechanic since we just moved to the area. I'm going to pass on these guys. The diagnosis was essentially what I told them before hand and shouldn't have cost $280 to basically tell me what i already knew.. I'll keep looking.

We shared multiple photos and descriptions of the leaks that were discovered, among other concerns that were discussed with you in advance. Unfortunately, without performing diagnostics and repairs on the leaks, they will continue. Clean oil will have an easier time passing through the system, which can cause the leak to worsen. I'm out to lunch on how trustworthy , the new Graham auto repair in yelm is in general. The reason being. The first thing I need to say is customer service was great,man behind the counter made thing right in the end. The issue was this I brought my 2018 f-150 in at 8am for a tuneup and 120 thousand mile service I was told time would-be 2-3 hrs, I also had a engine light, I had O-Riellies plug in there tester, Random- Missfire. So dropped it off, 12am rolls around no word on my truck. I call, "your truck is here 100% finished, the mechanic says there is still the misfire issue. We can run a diagnostic to determine the problem, I said how long,"about 1hr". I said ok do it, " ok the mechanic will get on it at 1pm. About 3:45 rolls around, no call from the shop. I Call and ask about my truck,the replied " our equipment does not show a problem so the mechanic is running tests. I ask how do you know what to fix if your equipment does not show a problem? Well these things can take up to 3hrs, Really? How can you fix it if the equipment does not show a problem? Well the mechanic is running tests. On what?, has he checked the coil packs? It's random so we don't know what cylinder is misfiring. I tell you what put it back together and I'll be down to pick it. If there is an issue the dealer can fix it. 15min later I get the call its ready, I say wow that was fast if it was apart. I get down there and am told a bunch of stuff about how the mechanic could feel hesitancy up to 1500 rpm, "I never felt any hesitancy ". After asking how I could be charged for something that you don't even know and can't fix, I told him I think your mechanic is milking the clock. The man behind the counter said " I'm not charging you for the extra 2hrs just 1hr diagnostic. That point I'm good, pay the bill and head home. Now driving home truck runs great! No hesitancy like I was told. AND NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT! It has not come on at all. Passing and such, runs great. So the shop equipment can't show an issue if the truck does not show the issue itself. Misfire fixed, Thank you! The man behind the counter said what he was told. I'm ok with that. But somet was amiss with the maintenance portion.

He didn't want to release your vehicle back to you until he was sure that you would be satisfied with the diagnostics and repairs that he completed. I recently had my transmission fluid changed at this establishment towards the end of March. Despite my tardiness in writing this review, I must commend the staff for their exceptional service. Upon arrival, I was greeted with warmth and familiarity as they recognized my father as a regular customer. They were courteous enough to inquire about my identity and made me feel welcomed. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, allowing me to drop off my car and pick it up a few hours later. During checkout, the gentleman complimented me on how well I maintain my car, which was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, I was given a thoughtful Easter sign that was left in my car. Overall, I highly recommend this establishment for their excellent service and customer care.
