I took my truck here after hearing a lot of good stuff about them. Graham Auto repair kept in touch with me every step of the way on working on my truck. If there was any set backs or problems they told me first before going any further, I was even told about other issues about my truck that the last shop I took it to did not tell me before. On 2/28, I took my car in for an 10:00 engine check light analysis. At 4:05, the work was the invoice was cut. Seems like a long time to review the engine check light codes. FRom the invoice, it seems a lot of time was spent looking for other things that might need to be repaired. At pickup, my wife was told that the final report was not yet finished, but it would be emailed to the above address later that day. It is now 3/10 and I still have not received the report.

I had to replace my power steering pump, get oil changed and rotate tires on my 2004 Honda Accord. They just opened in Yelm so I haven't had a change to use them yet. The interaction with the crew and the job was great. Special thanks to Allen for going through with me on this. When the car was ready for pick up he went through everything that was done. They have a great system for doing the final release with explanations and pictures for areas that might need future work. Great job!

I don’t believe i’ve been to a mechanic that has made me more comfortable. Christian at the front counter was very helpful, kind, and was very welcoming. Shane was the gentleman who did the work on my car and he did such an incredible job and was very informative, funny, and was very patient with all of the work that needed to be done. I drove off with what felt like a new car. Even to the next day I received a very warming call from Jessica to thank me for my business and time spent at Grahams Auto. 10/10 experience. The staff at this shop is over the top incredible and I believe this is the only shop I will be going to for a long time.
