We know how difficult it is to have your vehicle breakdown when you are far from home, and then to find an auto repair shop that you can trust. We are thankful that you chose us, and we apologize that we could not provide a better experience for you. Unfortunately, theft and vandalism have become all too common. That is the reason that we ask our customers not to leave their vehicle in our parking lot until we have the space to keep them in our secured storage. Since we are a very busy shop, we did not have storage space for your vehicle as our shop was already very full. Thankfully, theft and vandalism are covered by most personal car insurance. However, that does not stop it from being very frustrating for everyone involved.

When I first came to your shop I needed to have my truck checked over. What I received was over the top in my estimation. A complete check over from front to back. I was greatly pleased to know what I needed to have taken care of right away and what could wait a little longer. This time was the same service. Rob has been great. He has treated me as a friend and not as just a customer and I count him as a friend also. It has been a couple of years since I have been back in but Rob knew who I was without hesitation. Having spent a number of years in retail I place a lot of weight on customer service. Rob does that and so do your other workers. I will be back.
