I needed a drivers front Wheel bearing replaced and didn't have the time to do it myself. At first I was excited to give a new local auto shop my business. Until they called me for the quote of $1271 without parts. I called a shop I've always used in the past before moving to Yelm and they quoted me $200, which is also how much Graham Auto charged me just for a diagnostic. This place is extremely over priced and will never see my business again. Ill take the hour drive to get better service elsewhere.

You are correct Matthew, the price that we quoted you over the phone was incorrect. That's one of the reasons that we prefer to discuss things in person, so there is less room for mistakes. We should have taken the time to ensure that the price we quoted was completely accurate. Had you chosen to move forward, we would not have charged you that price. We review all charges in detail with our customers, before accepting any payment. We can see that we did not provide you with an exceptional experience. We believe it is important to speak the unvarnished truth and take responsibility for our mistakes. We consider ourselves to be a training facility, always looking for opportunities to grow. We hope you can see that integrity is important to us. Thank you for bringing this to our attention so that we can learn and improve what we do.

Went for an oil change. A couple things needed replacing and the shuttle dropped me of at work. Replaced license plate lights and missing skid plate bolts. Appreciate attention to detail and clear communication.

Service was great! Rob was very nice and kept me informed on the status of my car. The whole team there took care of me and understood what i needed and wanted with my exhaust repair. One of the few repair shops i can say, has truly amazing service and people.

I have been through it all with my Mazda CX-5, mechanically. I have had the same mechanic work on it from oil changes to an engine replacement. Then I needed to find a new mechanic. I brought my car to Graham Auto for a 150k mile inspection. They gave lots of recommendations and I agreed to them, including the GDI service. Then the check engine light came on. They did all they could to diagnose the problem which ended up being the catalytic converter. The cause of the failure was not definite yet Brain assured me they would make it right. They stand by their work and they have the experience/knowledge to back it. I am forever grateful to Brian and the team for fixing my car back to 100%. In the past 3 months, I have been to Graham Auto or talked to them on the phone more than my own relatives. They really do treat you like family. They are honest and genuine. I can't say I look forward to the next time it breaks but I know my car will be in excellent hands!

The team here helped me get my tire on the rim for me when I was stranded with a flat tire. I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for their help. They were courteous and generally seemed happy to help me. Their office and waiting room was very clean, looked very comfortable and I was greeted in a professional and friendly manner almost immediately after walking in. The staff all looked and presented themselves very well and acted very professional... I also couldn't pass up the opportunity to give their 1,000th review...
