Graham Auto repair is a very nice large place, staff is very friendly. Up front pricing only thing was the pricing to look at the car and diagnosis the problem was to me expensive maybe part of that could be applied to the finial bill. Other than that found the problem have an appointment to get it fixed. It’s a very nice place to wait for your car. Over all it was a very good experience I will share my experience with everyone

Every time I have gone to Graham auto it has been a great experience. The guys there are very kind and supportive. As a female car enthusiast it can be tricky to find a place that takes you seriously unfortunately and I definitely felt like they did which was super refreshing! Plus they seem to know what they are doing with more vintage vehicles so that’s great too.

Had a breakdown on my truck which I depend on daily. After being towed in they got to it right away and did quite a bit of work quickly. They communicate really well and you get photos of things that need to be fixed sent to you. They didn’t pressure me to fix anything non essential and the front desk staff was really great to work with. The price was on par with what I expected and I inspected the work when I got it home and found the tech did an excellent job. Would recommend and will use them again.

I went in for a free brake pad check for October breast cancer awareness. They said i didn't need breaks but they broke a piece of my wheel and want me to pay 400 for them to fix what they broke. Wild. I have a video of my interaction, I wish I could post it here so you could see for yourselves. Terrible experience, especially considering I've been a client since we moved to yelm 3 years ago. I will not be coming back and I will make sure people know how badly I was treated.

When our team removed the wheels to complete your free brake inspection, we discovered that a wheel stud had broken when removing the wheels. This can happen when a lug-nut is cross-threaded during a previous wheel installation. Cross-threading will make it more vulnerable to breaking. As the wheel installation was done on a prior date by someone outside of our shop, the cross-threading and resulting stud breakage were not due to work completed by our team. We understand how frustrating this situation can be, and we will be happy to discuss it with you further to provide any additional clarity. He was very professional and offered a great solution. I believe that if he would have been alerted to the issue while I was in house, the same solution would have been offered and I would have left an outstanding 5 star.
