The dealership decided they didn’t want to deal with my issue but Graham Auto was willing and able and did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. Communication was excellent and informative and everyone was extremely nice and professional.

An honest shop who stands by their work is a gem to find. This is one of those shops. Give them an opportunity and they will earn your business. Great great techs and strong ethics, Graham Auto has both.

Christian was excellent he is real asset for your team. Very professional. He should probably get a raise just so you know he will stay for years to come. I was traveling in my rv and needed repair on my dash air. Being about 2000 miles from home I was apprehensive seeking repair so far away.I saw The Graham auto service website and gave a call. Rob the service manager was very gracious working me in that day. He even accommodated our time there by allowing us to stay in the parking lot in the RV. The repairs were done by the following day and Since I was so impressed with the honesty and fair price I had them pack my front wheel bearings. I wish I could find a repair facility this good at home. I so much appreciated the service We received from Rob the service manager and Shane along with Nate who did the work. I highly recommend this facility.

I called ahead to make sure I could get in and my issue could be delt with quickly. I needed to have some oil drained or even checked to see if it was overfilled. They said no problem they can remove some oil and check the levels. I arrived and asked about the service and a technician interrupted somewhat rudly that its an oil service (full oil change) and i asked several times if I can just have then siphon some out, or take the drain plug out and check the levels. The guy at the front said they should he able to but the technicians were adamant it "wasnt a service they offered". Feeling pretty much trapped, i forked over the 95 dollars (also felt very high anyway) for just an oil change no filter. I then waited for over an hour when they also said they would get to it right away. It sat for a good 15 or so minute and i was on a break from work somewhat desperate to not damage my engine. I voiced I was not happy with the options presented and there was no attempt to make anything right. Checking my oil it still looks overfilled...

We've had Greham Auto work on several of our cars and have been happy with their work. Recently we took our car in for work on the rear suspension and brakes. Work they quoted a few months ago when they worked on the front end. After dropping the car off, and then receiving a texted quote, we received a call to tell us they wouldn't work on the rear suspension and brakes because of a musty odor in the cabin. They have worked on the car several times in the past year in the same condition. the car is nearly 20 years old so no surprise that it may not have that "new car" smell. Sorry to offend your sensitive noses. I hope I haven't hurt your feelings with this review.

Straight honesty! Joe was a pleasure to work with and showed true empathy to the situation, they could have easily taken advantage of the situation for more money. Thank you for your honesty in a world of greed.
