Performed work as described within the estimate. Provided detailed pictures of items described for maintenance as well as for consideration for future work. Customer service representative applied an online coupon to help reduce the cost. One negative observation was the manner in which, possibly the shop manager, spoke to the service manager who was waiting on me. The telephone rang and rather than answering it himself, yelled, "someone get the phone!" This took the service manager away from waiting on me to respond to a phone call of which the shop manager could have answered since he was sitting at his desk on the computer. Great customer service but very poor, unprofessional treatment on the part of the shop manager to the employees. Seems to reflect a possible hostile work environment.

Had a 71 el camino sitting for 20 plus years in a garage. When the pandemic hit I decided to get it going again. I did a lot but knew there was things I couldn't do so I brought it to this place. I was nervous since it was a classic that I was going to get charged a lot and wouldn't appreciate that car itself. This place was perfect. They went above and beyond my expectations and the price was on point. I didn't not feel jipped whatsoever. Highly recommend them for your auto care.

What an amazing experience! We were visiting from Phoenix, AZ when our SUV died in the grocery store parking lot across the street from Graham Auto Repair. it was during a heatwave and 114 degrees outside. Our three kids and groceries were all getting roasted and also we were 45 minutes from our RV. No Uber or Lyft or Taxi could get us back. Even though they were backed up Brian (amazing guy!) had his team look at our SUV and diagnose the problem and then sent us on our way in a courtesy car that we were allowed to borrow overnight. The next day, they told us that they couldn't help us quickly as they were so busy but Brian (again, amazing guy) went out of his way to get us the part number, help us hook the SUV up to our RV and give us recommendations of where to take it. The SUV is now safely in a shop being repaired. Graham Auto Repair got nothing out of us besides this review but they are clearly an outstanding team and company and have high moral standards. I would give them my business any day if I lived in the area. Thank you once again to Brian and the other team members for rescuing us when we really needed it!

We’ve been in several times with two of our vehicles and our trailer. They have repaired everything from tires to wipers to windows to rat chewed wiring harnesses to 100,000 miles tuneups/inspections to tire changes and alignments. There have been quite a few other repairs but it would take me 1000s of characters to list them all. I appreciate that they are a very personal, family style mechanic shop while still being rather large in their reach and capabilities. Thank you guys fir fixing so many of our little frustrations with our elderly and brand new cars. We will miss working with you guys greatly! Rick, Brian, and Rob are outstanding and truly great customer service! Highly recommend!
