I went in to get my AC unit fixed up. The staff was incredibly friendly and fast with their service. I really liked that they even found a way to save me some money and gave me details as to how they made that happen. I will most certainly keep coming back to this place.

Well, having a 2015 Ford Fusion and finding out that to test the battery, half the trunk had to be removed...and then worse, to change the headlamps, that the front bumper and more has to be removed is frustrating. The folks at Graham Auto Repair did the headlamp work--professionally and timely. It was a pleasure to work with them (although 200$ for headlamps due to Ford design makes ya shake your head). You want great service, no-nonsense response and answers to questions: THIS IS YOUR PLACE!

Super professional. I dropped my truck off to diagnose the problem. They paid for a Lyft for me to go home. While at home they dealt with my extended warranty so I didn't need to. Unfortunately they were unable to work on my truck due to the extended warranty. The hospitality shown was deeply appreciated. My only critique is they were a bit pricey but I believe it's worth the price for top of the line service you can trust I will return for future service.

These guys are the best. They’re honest, upfront. They do great, CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL work. They give you a clear quote and make sure all of the work is approved before they start and they don’t give you a hard time if you don’t always get the work done that they suggest. This is hands down, the BEST auto shop i’ve ever dealt with.

This is more than just a Automobile service department it's like family. They make a point to get to know you and your family and care about how they are doing. They treat your equipment like it's there own and tell you straight up if something is wrong or it can wait to get fixed on a later visit. Dave

Brian and the team at Graham Auto are amazing. My family loves this place. They are so fun and nice. They know what they are talking about. They are not the cheapest independent service out there but they don’t pretend to be. You get what you pay for. The prices are fair, less then the dealer, and with a warranty. Their documentation is amazing. Check them out for sure.

Amazing service and timing when it came to a fix on my jeep grand cherokee, the staff from the front desk too upper management was outstanding. Service done was above and beyond anything that i could have asked for.
