Everyone that I dealt with during my repairs was wonderful and so understanding! Seeing as I was once a service advisor, this is EXACTLY how you should treat your customers! They were not pushy when I asked to give me some time to think about the repairs.The best and biggest bonus (for me) is that they were able to give me a courtesy vehicle! It made all the difference and didn't have to worry about how am I getting to work. The other bonus I want to mention is, labor and parts are lifetime warranty, that is almost unheard-of these days. I would recommend my friends and family to them for repairs. The only negative (small negative) is that it was a little pricey in my opinion. Comparatively it is about the same as every other repair shop, but it still gave me a little sticker shock. Thank you Graham Auto Repair! The A/C is still working like a charm.
