We left our vehicle at Graham Auto for a couple problems. After work was completed we had an issue about circumstances leading to additional issues not discovered while at shop. When we approached Graham Auto about what we thought was a trouble shooting shortfall, the owner Rick stepped in and answered all our questions. He presented a fix that satisfied all our concerns. They took the vehicle into shop and completed additional work with all due speed. The vehicle was returned to us & is running great. Graham Auto Repair stands behind their work. These folks know what they're doing and what they're talking about. Fixed my vehicle in 1 day after myself and another automotive shop weren't able to and runs great. Loved the vehicle safety checks with specific details and pictures so no questions asked. For sure, the "Go To Shop" for vehicle repairs. Rick W.

Great Auto Shop beat dealership cost by 140. Service was great and I now have ice cold AC. They also inspect you whole car each visit.

Worth every penny! Very efficient and fast, I love how they take pictures of every single thing in your car and explain everything in details, Kudos to my Advisor Rob and Dave the Tech Guy they are very professional and knowledgeable, and they even have loaner car ( need to make an appointment ) on their site that u can use while they are taking good care of your car. We have reviewed the Services that were performed by our Technician and believe there was some miscommunication concerning what was Diagnosed and what Services were completed. Our technician completed Diagnostics on three separate concerns that you presented to our Service Advisor, as you stated that the vehicle had been sitting for 10 years. The Air Conditioning Service performed aided him in Diagnosing a faulty Evaporator Core on the A/C Unit.
