It’s long, read it all I took my truck to Graham Auto Repair and told them what I thought was wrong with it. They said they would charge me over $100 to diagnosis the vehicle and tell me what was wrong and that it would not be applied to the repairs if I decided to go ahead with the repairs. I thought to myself, I already told you what was wrong, why can’t you just fix that. I decided to go ahead and let them do the diagnostics thinking they might find something which also needed to be addressed. Imagine my surprise when they called and told me my issue was much simpler than what I thought. Letting them do what they know saved me over 50% from what I though it was going to be. Saving me over $600 They could have very easily gone with what I told them I thought the problem was, charged me for that, and fixed the actual issue along the way. I wouldn’t have known anything different. Thank you to Graham Auto Repair for being an honest business and doing the right thing. You have earned a customer for life and will always receive my recommendation.
