Very understanding of people who do not know anything about cars without being condescending, Put me at ease with their knowledge. THey take pictures of everything so you know they have checked/done what they say. They offer things you may need without being pushy. Close to places to eat, grab a coffee if you need to waste time or they have a very clean waiting room with coffee and treats.
