RECAP: TODAY 2/14/2020 I had a meeting with the service manager to discuss what happened with my invoice and service. I am very impressed by all the work that was into investigating my invoice. It was discovered that thier suppliers weren't giving them proper whole sale prices which in turn led to the over charging of my parts. After scheduling meetings with thier suppliers to be sure that it doesnt happen again to any of thier customers I was refunded the difference for my parts. I am thrilled to see such measures being taken to ensure that everyone of thier customers are taken care of. I would just like to say thank you to Rick And Bryan for making my experience at Graham Auto an enjoyable one. I look forward to doing business with them again. Are they a little more expensive? Yes, BUT the best places always are. You get what you pay for and if this is they type of care you will be paying for when you go there then I say it is well worth it. Only getting two stars because customer service was nice. Not blaming the rep here but my invoice was out of control. They double charged me for parts and then over charged labor to put on a belt saying they had to release brackets and such to get to it... uh no you didnt. Could have done the repair and oil change myself for under $175 but I paid over $730 after asking them to take into consideration I'm a single mom who doesnt get any help and to be gentle. Well they took me for literally every penny I had. Drained my savings and my checking to a point I had to COUNT OUT CHANGE FOR THE LAST $10. Thanks for fixing my hose. I wont be back. I've never known a company to take advantage of women to such an extent.
