Brought my car here after being super disappointed in a previous company. Was hesitant to try something new, but so glad we did! Graham auto gave us choice in appointment times, made accommodations for my work schedules, and were very thorough in their work. The technician even talked to us about the work he did rather than just dealing with the manager. Rob was very kind and made me more confident in them. I appreciated the frequent communication before any actions were taken. I really appreciated the honesty in what would be needed vs. Just Recommended. Also I LOVED that my inspection came with pictures! It made me 100% confident that they were doing what they said they were! Thank you for everything! We will be back!

Over priced and missed some things so we had to come back and spend even more..

I visited Graham Auto Repair for the first time this week. I only needed routine service-- oil change, inspection. From the call to schedule to the final bill, I was impressed. Rob, the service "host" was as courteous and professional as I have experienced. My expectations for auto service has been jaded due to many years of experience in having my cars serviced. Graham Auto exceeded all my expectations.

Repaired our older mercedes limited edition suv and saved us a lot of $ vs taking to the dealership. The staff & techs were courteous, helpful, & extremely detailed! This was my suv that I handed down to my eldest son & npw my youngest son will be driving it. We will bring our other mercedes vehicles there too.

Astounding!! I am a senior citizen who took drivers ed in 1967. Never have I seen such amazing compassion and outstanding customer service. They even moved me up because of a situation that was causing me incredible stress. The loaner car, cookies, kindness and detail oriented response to my needs as well as my car's needs was astounding!! If you had more than 5 stars they'd get it! I dealt with Rob and Brian. Both great guys! Loved the generous parting gifts on the seat too!!
