Graham Auto Repair

I visited Graham Auto Repair for the first time this week. I only needed routine service-- oil change, inspection. From the call to schedule to the final bill, I was impressed. Rob, the service "host" was as courteous and professional as I have experienced. My expectations for auto service has been jaded due to many years of experience in having my cars serviced. Graham Auto exceeded all my expectations.

I have the privilege of working at Graham Auto Repair (10 plus years). We bring our vehicles (Mini Cooper, Ford Fusion, & Chevy Blazer) here to be serviced and repaired. I've known Troy & Kori Vaninetti (owners) for over 20 years. The Vaninetti's are honest and caring people. You'll be greeted with a smile everytime by our Service Advisors. I took my Chevy K3500 in for a challenging engine problem and John and the rest of the team did a fantastic job.

Repaired our older mercedes limited edition suv and saved us a lot of $ vs taking to the dealership. The staff & techs were courteous, helpful, & extremely detailed! This was my suv that I handed down to my eldest son & npw my youngest son will be driving it. We will bring our other mercedes vehicles there too.

Astounding!! I am a senior citizen who took drivers ed in 1967. Never have I seen such amazing compassion and outstanding customer service. They even moved me up because of a situation that was causing me incredible stress. The loaner car, cookies, kindness and detail oriented response to my needs as well as my car's needs was astounding!! If you had more than 5 stars they'd get it! I dealt with Rob and Brian. Both great guys! Loved the generous parting gifts on the seat too!!

We go to them with all 3 of our vehicles. They are kind, efficient & true to their word. Rick is AWESOME! And we love the goodie bags inside our vehicles each time we pick them up.

Oil change, service was great very professional. Waited in the very lovely and spotlessly clean waiting room. Also had fresh baked cookies and a choice of drinks.

They are very comprehensible and quick to repair my vehicle. They have an excellent communication service in place to inform me of the issues found. I love the pictures and explanations sent to me via email for my review. I would recommend Graham Auto Repair to anyone who asks me where to take their foreign made car.

Even though the expense seemed high for being on social security I was pleased with the way I was treated by the office staff. No complaints at all about the repair work.
