Graham and Yelm Auto Repair

We go to them with all 3 of our vehicles. They are kind, efficient & true to their word. Rick is AWESOME! And we love the goodie bags inside our vehicles each time we pick them up.

Oil change, service was great very professional. Waited in the very lovely and spotlessly clean waiting room. Also had fresh baked cookies and a choice of drinks.

They are very comprehensible and quick to repair my vehicle. They have an excellent communication service in place to inform me of the issues found. I love the pictures and explanations sent to me via email for my review. I would recommend Graham Auto Repair to anyone who asks me where to take their foreign made car.

Even though the expense seemed high for being on social security I was pleased with the way I was treated by the office staff. No complaints at all about the repair work.

Another awesome experience with Graham Auto. Went in for an intermittent brake issue and not only did they diagnose and fix that they also were able to find another intermittent issue I was having with the engine performance. I absolutely recommend them if you are looking for an honest, efficient, and friendly garage. I'm not going anywhere else from now on. Oh, and you actually earn rewards for work they do for you, this time I was able to cash in $45 in rewards and lower my bill. All this and fresh cookies too, doesn't get any better.

I can only give 4 stars because automobiles are the most incredible drains on the wallet and not because Graham Auto isn't a great repair facility. I'm convinced that taking my Forester here will ensure it a long and trouble-free "life."
