Graham and Yelm Auto Repair

Our a/c wasn't working like it should I took the Explorer in on Thursday, They found 2 major problems and had to order a part that didn't get there until late Friday they gave me a nice loner for the weekend until they got the a/c fixed on Monday.

Very professional, friendly, and helpful. Extremely pleased with service. I had brake inspection done and they went over the whole car, then reviewed results with me and explained what all needed to be done and helped me prioritize repairs. They even emailed me the results with pictures of area's inspected. Rob is great! Very pleased will be using again.

Had a problem with A/C took car in and Rick gave me an est. ( that was quite close to the finale total). They also checked car and gave there opinion on possible future service. They were very professional and thorough. Highly recommend them.
