We had an emergency with our Motorhome and they were the closest to where we broke down. They took us with out an appointment, offered water. cookies to our granddaughter, and made us feel very comfortable. Very professional and friendly. Plus they fixed our problem much quicker than they had first planned

Bought Time they got the hot chocolate in.... and uh theirs a button for hot chocolate fyi Cookies are awesome especially right at 8AM! Get Alexa to change the channel very important! I've got a 96 F-150 lightning LB 4x4 that I bought. I knew it would need a lot. Well after losing fluids in my driveway - new 351W engine, transmission, Edelbrock manifold/headers, water pump, starter (I did this one) alternator, shocks & tires (another shop) and soon headers w/HD cat and magna flow exhaust. (A different shop) Through many bumbs in the road these guys at Graham Auto know their stuff EXTREMELY knowledgeable, HONEST and fair. I've dealt with other shops but none are better than this group of guys and one gal

Overall I'm pleased with their service, I went in for diagnostics on an electricle issue I was having with fuses blowing...my brother and husband both could not figure out why the fuse for the tail light,dash light and fog lights kept blowing.i took it in and spent $150 for diagnostics, they replaced the fuse and couldn't recreate the issue I was having. I was reassured that if it happened again they would get me right in and try to figure out the issue. So I get home and sure enough.. the fuse has blown again. I called them after hours and left a VM with them to get back to me Monday. I didnt receive a call back, but it didnt matter because I had already fixed myself..I replaced ALL of the fuses and I haven't had any fuses blown since then. The reason why I said I was pleased with the service is because they do a complimentary inspection of the vehicle while assessing the original issue and I found out I have a few leaks that I wouldn't have known about otherwise, so I am appreciative of that info.. and they provide detailed pictures of said problems. They are friendly, clean, professional and I think they really did try to figure out the problem.

My car drives like new! It is also great to have air conditioning again. Loved the actual pictures of what was wrong as this makes it so much easier to trust what you are told. Everyone was so nice. When I drop my car off, I was given a ride home and picked back up when the car was done. Cost of repair was totally explained with no surprises. I will definitely take my car back for service in the future.

So happy with Graham Auto...I never feel pushed to spend more money...I feel like they respect the customers instead of talking down to them.

Everyone here is so courteous. Good prices and I've been able to walk out in the few times I've had services done with paying much cheaper than originally quoted. Highly recommended and I'll always be a customer here. 😁
