Overall I'm pleased with their service, I went in for diagnostics on an electricle issue I was having with fuses blowing...my brother and husband both could not figure out why the fuse for the tail light,dash light and fog lights kept blowing.i took it in and spent $150 for diagnostics, they replaced the fuse and couldn't recreate the issue I was having. I was reassured that if it happened again they would get me right in and try to figure out the issue. So I get home and sure enough.. the fuse has blown again. I called them after hours and left a VM with them to get back to me Monday. I didnt receive a call back, but it didnt matter because I had already fixed myself..I replaced ALL of the fuses and I haven't had any fuses blown since then. The reason why I said I was pleased with the service is because they do a complimentary inspection of the vehicle while assessing the original issue and I found out I have a few leaks that I wouldn't have known about otherwise, so I am appreciative of that info.. and they provide detailed pictures of said problems. They are friendly, clean, professional and I think they really did try to figure out the problem.

My car drives like new! It is also great to have air conditioning again. Loved the actual pictures of what was wrong as this makes it so much easier to trust what you are told. Everyone was so nice. When I drop my car off, I was given a ride home and picked back up when the car was done. Cost of repair was totally explained with no surprises. I will definitely take my car back for service in the future.

So happy with Graham Auto...I never feel pushed to spend more money...I feel like they respect the customers instead of talking down to them.

Everyone here is so courteous. Good prices and I've been able to walk out in the few times I've had services done with paying much cheaper than originally quoted. Highly recommended and I'll always be a customer here. 😁

Friendly staff, clean waiting area, cookies and coffee... My only negative comment is I believe they mark up parts too high... My repairs were done in a timely manner.

My wife & I are from Arizona and while visiting Mt Rainier NP, we had two separate incidences of car trouble. As out of towners (and from past experience) we figured it would be days before we would get our vehicle fixed. Instead to our surprise, GRAHAM AUTO fit us in and took care of both problems quickly. Rob and Rick were outstanding - friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. We were kept updated about our repairs by text and email, which was fantastic. With their efficient and outstanding techs, we were back on the road within a day each time. We even received a call, several days later, to make sure we were doing OK. I highly recommend GRAHAM AUTO. The town of Graham is very fortunate to have such a reliable auto service center in town. Thank you GRAHAM AUTO for getting us painlessly back on the road again.
