Super friendly and helpful team. I'm a jaded bastard and they impressed me with how they go out of their way with the little touches to actually care about their work, enjoy their work, and enjoy helping their customers. While picking up my car (first time I ever used these guys), I overheard one of the senior managers on the phone, saying something along the lines of "Best I can do is around $4000, and I can give you a 3-year warranty from my shop. You can probably get it for $800 less from [named two shops]." And then he stopped to listen to whatever the customer said. No baloney, no empty promises; just knew his business and wanted to make sure the customer had the info he needed to make a choice. They nrarly overwhelm you with raw data and exhaustive analysis and the info you need to make choices you can feel good about. When I said "How bad is that tie rod?" He told me. When I said "Those pictures of the serpentine belt look okay to me, I'm going to wait," he said "No problem," and stopped. My only regret is I didn't know about these guys sooner.
