First time going to Graham Auto Repair. I'd say they have awesome customer service. Very friendly and informative. I plan on coming back if i encounter any future mechanical problems. They even left me a gift basket which was very appreciated by me and my family!

Once again Rob was amazing! To make a long story short... we had taken our Explorer to a different local area for an oil change because it was short notice and Graham Auto couldn't get us in. Big mistake! The "other guys" ended up putting the wrong filter in and stripping out the part. Rob worked with us and the other company and ended up getting them to replace a part that could have cost us upward of 500.00 for parts and labor. We ended up leaving our vehicle for nearly a week, but got it back and only had to pay for an oil change instead of the expense of the "other guy's" mistake. Lesson learned.. I will ONLY take my vehicles to Rick, Rob and crew! They stand by their work and even went out of their way to help us remedy a situation that would have been very costly for us. Thanks again for the continued great customer service. I also appreciate the calls from Jennifer thanking us for the business and checking to make sure that everything is working properly.
