For years I only had my car serviced by Larson Cadillac and it was always one problem after the next, I always left with more problems and feeling taken advantage of..On a whim I tried Graham Auto and I am blown away and so completely impressed by them! Their team is so helpful and knowledgeable, they make the whole process so easy. The interior is like a cozy living room complete with warm cookies and snacks. They are quick and thorough and Their rewards program is amazing and actually saves me money and every time I go they leave a free gift inside my car! Very generous and unique company, happy I found them. They are doing it right!

Good and friendly service

Graham Auto is an awesome shop. As always, Rob, Rick, Jennifer and the mechanics took care of our auto maintenance needs. When we brought in our truck for scheduled repairs; I spoke to Rick about concerns involving an oil pressure issue and asked for the technicians to look at thevour pressure, as I had concerns the pump might be going bad. Rick advised me not to be tobquick to jump at assumptions and that he would have them technicians look it over in addition to performing the regular work for which the truck was being turned in. Later on that day, I received a call from Rick, and he informed me the pump would need replacing, along with all associated parts. This is customer service par excellence. I feel that, when I turn in my truck, and have concerns regarding an issue, other than why the vehicle is being turned in, that it will be thoroughly checked out. With the excellent service we receive from the minute we walk in, I have no hesitations in recommending the shop to my friends.

The team at Graham Auto did everything necessary to get my car car ready for towing. Now I can tow with confidence and enjoy the drive.

Good service, prices not cheap but reasonable. If their warranty is as good as it sounds I’ll be a very happy customer.

My truck runs great. Jennifer was very good at explaining the process. John did some great work to find out where the noises were coming from and fix them. My 2006 Silverado is like new and we have decided that it should last us for a long time. Thank you!

I have really appreciated the friends prompt service at GAP. Our previous experiences have all been 5 star service. However this time there was a difference in the estimate and the final price which was significant. Really hope that this is just a one time thing.
