First time customer. Overall impression is very positive. This is a very customer oriented shop. Mechanic staff appear competent. Got a deatailed diagnosis including the full laundry list of factory-recommended maintenance. Then I was advised as to what actually needed to be done. Zero attempts at upsells. Excellent real-time communications during the diagnostic and repair process. The rebate program is a nice add-on. Rob and Jennifer are great as the customer face of the shop. They genuinely care about you the customer. And they communicate in detail about your vehicle without making you feel like an idiot.
