This place was fantastic! I had work done on my car in June, but had a new baby and am just getting around to writing a review. Race Valentine went above and beyond. He worked out the claims with my insurance company and then even gave me a ride home from the shop to my house. I will absolutely use Graham Auto Repair for any car needs in the future.

Front desk guys are friendly and really put effort into doing the right thing. In the end we got it fixed and they even helped with a tow. Worth the time.

I needed a transmission, and they quoted my insurance 1,674.80 but charged me 2,419 which they can't explain why the price jump. Not only that they had my car for 4 months I just got my car back and it was almost empty and when dropped it off it was just under full... don't recommend this shop

We understand how frustrating it can be when insurance coverage doesn’t fully align with the total cost of repairs. The amount quoted by the insurance company reflected what they were willing to cover, which was not the full cost of the necessary repairs. We discussed this price difference with you in advance and did not proceed with the repairs until we received your agreement and approval for the additional costs. Regarding the timeline, we know how challenging it is to be without your vehicle for an extended period. Unfortunately, delays occurred due to faulty replacement transmissions. This unforeseen circumstance required multiple transmission replacements and additional programming efforts. Throughout this process our team worked diligently to expedite the repairs and minimize the inconvenience to you as much as possible. When your vehicle initially arrived at our shop, our intake photo showed the fuel level was near empty. In order to facilitate testing and ensure the repairs were completed properly, we added fuel at no additional cost. We also covered the cost to tow your vehicle to a specialized facility to complete the final programming process. Each of these steps were taken to ensure your vehicle was repaired thoroughly and reliably. We appreciate your decision to choose our team to repair your vehicle, Albert.
