I visited their Yelm location for front brake replacement. Their showroom is very clean and comfortable( so was the restroom). The sales agent was friendly, knowledgeable and confident. They took great care of my car, the new brakes are fantastic and the repair cost was very reasonable! I also appreciated the personal touch of the goodie bag left in my cup holder😊.

Every time I have gone to Graham auto it has been a great experience. The guys there are very kind and supportive. As a female car enthusiast it can be tricky to find a place that takes you seriously unfortunately and I definitely felt like they did which was super refreshing! Plus they seem to know what they are doing with more vintage vehicles so that’s great too.

I went in for a free brake pad check for October breast cancer awareness. They said i didn't need breaks but they broke a piece of my wheel and want me to pay 400 for them to fix what they broke. Wild. I have a video of my interaction, I wish I could post it here so you could see for yourselves. Terrible experience, especially considering I've been a client since we moved to yelm 3 years ago. I will not be coming back and I will make sure people know how badly I was treated.

We hope that we can offer you some clarity on the situation, so that we can come to a positive resolution. When our team removed the wheels to complete your free brake inspection, we discovered that a wheel stud had broken when removing the wheels. This can happen when a lug-nut is cross-threaded during a previous wheel installation. Cross-threading will make it more vulnerable to breaking. As the wheel installation was done on a prior date by someone outside of our shop, the cross-threading and resulting stud breakage were not due to work completed by our team. We understand how frustrating this situation can be, and we will be happy to discuss it with you further to provide any additional clarity. He was very professional and offered a great solution. I believe that if he would have been alerted to the issue while I was in house, the same solution would have been offered and I would have left an outstanding 5 star.
