It's time to celebrate another birthday with our Team!
Justin has been part of our Team at Graham Auto Repair since September 2019. We are so thankful for Justin! He takes pride in his work and is constantly looking for ways to learn and grow. Justin is the first Technician we hired for our Washington State Certified Apprentice Program. This program gives Technicians the opportunity to learn more about the automotive field while getting paid to work on-the-job. Justin is constantly exceeding our expectations and is definitely performance driven. He is willing to ask questions, to work hard, and is always looking to learn more, every day.
Justin took Auto Shop classes in High School because he wanted to learn how to fix his own vehicles. He was given the opportunity for a position at a Tire Shop which just helped his passion for automotive to grow. He loves getting to work on different vehicles and is ready to complete new challenges every day. One of my favorite things about working with Justin is getting to see his smile. Sometimes these guys don't want to have a camera in their face! (Who can blame them?) But Justin always takes the time to let me record a video or snap a quick photo of him at work. He makes our team more of a family and keeps things fun!
